I have never had “Asan Imza” certificates. I want to activate the “Asan Imza” service and receive a certificate(s).

  1. Contact your mobile operator (Azercell, Bakcell, Nar) for “Asan Imza” SIM card (Mobile ID). eSIM users can obtain the new generation “Asan Imza” service by approaching Azercell mobile operator.
    List of Azercell customer service centers, where “Asan Imza” SIM cards can be purchased.

    List of Nar customer service centers, where “Asan Imza” SIM cards can be purchased.
  2. Fill out the application form.
  3. Sign the application for the “Asan Imza” service activation.
  4. The mobile operator will provide you with “Asan Imza” physical SIM card or a new generation eSIM and activate the “Asan Imza” service.
  5. Visit ASXM Center and provide all necessary documentation for getting “Asan Imza” certificates.
  6. Fill out the application and sign the annex to the subscriber contract for the provision of acceptance/cancellation of “Asan Imza” service.
  7. ASXM Operator activates “Asan Imza” certificates, a user signs a notification about the certificates activation.

  2. Mobile operator prolongs “Asan Imza” service for the next 3 years.
  3. Visit ASXM Center and provide all necessary documentation for getting “Asan Imza” certificates.
  4. Fill and sign the application, signs the contract for the receipt of “Asan Imza” certificates and “Asan Imza” certificate.
  5. ASXM Operator activates “Asan Imza” certificates, a user signs a notification about the certificates activation.

Online prolongation of “Asan Imza” certificates

Citizen ➔ Citizen

My “Asan Imza” Citizen type certificate is about to expire

I want to prolong the “Asan Imza” service and Citizen type certificate.

  1. Fill out and sign an online application for the prolongation within 30 days before the expiry date of the “Asan Imza” “Citizen” type certificate on the “Asan Imza” self-service portal, located on the e-taxes.gov.az portal. (please follow this link for a detailed procedure for the certificates prolongation)
  2. The application is sent to the Asan Certification Services Centre (ASXM).
  3. After the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” service send SMS with the text “ferdi” to the short number “8500” to activate the “Asan Imza” service for “Citizen” type for the next 3 years * (Please follow these links for the detailed procedure for “Asan Imza” service prolongation via SMS: AzercellBakcellNar)
    * Notice:
    • “Asan Imza” service prolongation via SMS for the next three years is possible for users who use “Asan Imza” SIM card; • Subscribers who have activated the “Asan Imza” service “Citizen” type will be able to use only the “Asan Imza” “Citizen” type certificate, the use of “Asan Imza” certificates for “Business” and “Governmental” types for this category of users is not provided.
  4. The mobile operator prolongs the “Asan Imza” service for the next 3 years; a user receives an SMS notification.
  5. Within one business day, ASXM prolongs the validation period of certificates for next three years, and you will receive a notice about this update to your “Asan Imza” number. Agreement on the provision of certification services, notification of the activation of certificates, “Asan Imza” mobile electronic signature certificates are sent to the user’s “Asan Imza” self-service portal, located on the e-taxes.gov.az portal.

* Note: Application for online prolongation of “Asan Imza” certificates is saved in the system for 1 month after the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” service! This means that if the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” service is extended via SMS after 1 month + 1 day, then, the user will need to physically contact ASXM to receive “Asan Imza” certificates.

My “Asan Imza” Citizen and Business or Governmental types of certificates are about to expire

I want to prolong the “Asan Imza” service and Citizen, Business or Governmental types of certificates.

  1. Fill out and sign an online application for the prolongation of the “Asan Imza” “Citizen” and “Business/Governmental” types of certificates on “Asan Imza” self-service portal, placed on  the e-taxes.gov.az portal (please follow this link for a detailed procedure for the certificates prolongation) during the last 30 days before the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” certificate.
  2. The application is sent to the Asan Certification Services Centre (ASXM).
  3. After the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” service send SMS with the text “biznes” (or “dovlet”) to the short number “8500” to activate the “Asan Imza” service for “Business” (or “Governmental”) type for the next 3 years * (Please follow these links for the detailed procedure for “Asan Imza” service prolongation via SMS: AzercellBakcellNar).
    * Notice: • “Asan Imza” service prolongation via SMS for the next three years is possible for users who use “Asan Imza” SIM card and have the necessary amount on their balance for service activation; • Subscribers who have activated the “Asan Imza” service “Business” type will be able to use only the “Asan Imza” “Citizen”, “Business” types of certificates; • Subscribers who have activated the “Asan Imza” service “Governmental” type will be able to use only the “Asan Imza” “Citizen”, “Governmental” types of certificates.

I want to prolong the “Asan Imza” service and Citizen type certificate, and additionally receive Business or Governmental types of certificates.

  1. Fill out and sign an online application for the prolongation of the “Asan Imza” “Citizen” type of certificate “Asan İmza” self-service portal, located on the e-taxes.gov.az portal (please follow this link for a detailed procedure for the certificates prolongation) during the last 30 days before the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” certificate.
  2. Application form has been sent to ASXM.
  3. After the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” service send SMS with the text “biznes” (or “dovlet”) to the short number “8500” to activate the “Asan Imza” service for “Business” (or “Governmental”) type for the next 3 years * (Please follow these links for the detailed procedure for “Asan Imza” service prolongation via SMS: AzercellBakcellNar)

My “Asan Imza” Citizen, Business or Governmental types of certificates are about to expire

I want to prolong the “Asan Imza” service and only the Citizen type certificate. I will not prolong Business or Governmental types of certificates.

  1. Fill out and sign an online application for the prolongation of the “Asan Imza” “Citizen” type of certificate on the “Asan Imza” self-service portal, located on the e-taxes.gov.az portal (please follow this link for a detailed procedure for the certificates prolongation) during the last 30 days before the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” certificate.
  2. The application is sent to the Asan Certification Services Centre (ASXM).
  3. After the expiration date of the “Asan Imza” service send SMS with the text “ferdi” to the short number “8500” to activate the “Asan Imza” service for “Citizen” type for the next 3 years * (Please follow these links for the detailed procedure for “Asan Imza” service prolongation via SMS: AzercellBakcellNar).

Firstly, it is recommended to check whether SMS line is open on your phone or whether the PUK code is locked in the “Asan Imza” menu on your phone.

Make sure that your “Asan Imza” number or User ID is written correctly.

Firstly, it is recommended to contact your mobile operator. Please make sure that there are sufficient funds in your phone balance for use of “Asan Imza” service. Please check outgoing messages and calls.

In this case, the appropriate authority must be provided by the director.

Civil cervants or local municipal bodies must submit the following documents to obtain “Governmental” type certificate of “Asan Imza”: https://www.taxes.gov.az/az/page/asan-imza

Legal entities and individuals engaged in entrepreneurial activities must submit the following documents to obtain “Business” type certificate of “Asan Imza”: https://www.taxes.gov.az/az/page/asan-imza

Only ID card is requested to obtain “Citizen” type certificate of “Asan Imza”.
