An Updated Platform for Organizing Auctions in Azerbaijan Has Been Launched
The updated version of the official website, “www.auksion.gov.az“, operated by the “Auction Organization Center,” a public legal entity under the State Service on Property Issues of the Ministry of Economy of Azerbaijan, has been introduced.

This website, designed in line with international standards, will play a significant role in enhancing transparency, ensuring accessibility, expanding digitalization, increasing competitiveness, and improving user satisfaction.
Now, website users can create a personal account via “Digital Login” with “Asan Imza” qualified mobile signature and view the lots listed for auction.
It was stated that bidders (buyers) must access their personal accounts and select the “Proceed to Auction” option to participate in the auction process.
Another new feature allows bidders to perform various procedures via their personal accounts, such as granting power of attorney, viewing lots, participating in auctions online, tracking the status of their bids, selecting the type of participation (online/offline), accessing information about lots won, and utilizing other services.
The updated website stands out for its advantages in terms of design, content, and functionality compared to the previous version. Special attention has been paid to user convenience, privacy, and security principles during its development, and modern technologies were utilized.
The website features detailed information about auction announcements and the properties up for auction, including photographs, initial auction prices, deposit amounts, and other details.
Additionally, applications for participation in auctions and deposit payments are now conducted online. At the end of each auction, information about unsold and sold properties is updated on the portal.
Through the new website, buyers can initially place electronic orders for vehicles and, in the future, for stock packages of joint-stock companies, small state enterprises, seized properties, mineral deposits, municipal lands, and other assets.
Both individuals and legal entities can auction their movable and immovable properties under legally defined conditions by signing a contract with the Auction Organization Center. To do so, they are required to apply to the center.
