Protect Your “Asan Imza” – Avoid Legal Risks

Recently, cases of fraud have increased. Fraudsters are using someone else’s mobile digital signature to illegally register companies and take out large loans.

Remember: Sharing your “Asan Imza” with third parties, including accountants, can lead to serious legal consequences. In case of misuse, the full legal responsibility lies with the signature owner.

What should you do? How to reduce the risk?

There is a solution!
You can grant your accountant secure access without sharing your personal “Asan Imza” by issuing an additional certificate:

1. Online Method
Through the asanimza.az log in to self-service portal:

  • The individual logs into their personal account using their own “Asan Imza” (business/state type).
  • Submits a request for an additional certificate on behalf of the company.
  • The company director approves the request via their own personal account.
  • After approval, the request is sent to the State Tax Service, which processes it within 1 business day.

2. Physical Method
The individual can obtain an additional certificate by submitting the following documents:

  • ID card
  • Company’s VÖEN registration certificate
  • Power of attorney issued by the company (Form №7)

With these documents, the individual should visit the nearest Tax Service Center or ASAN Service Centers.
The request is processed within 1 business day.
