Citizen ➔ + Governmental

I have a valid “Asan Imza” Citizen type of certificate. I want to receive additionally Business or Governmental type of certificate.

1. Fill out and sign an online application for getting of the “Asan Imza” “Business/Governmental” type of certificate on “Asan Imza” self-service portal, located on the e-taxes.gov.az portal (please follow this link for a detailed procedure for online getting “Asan Imza” certificates).              
2. The application is sent to the Asan Certification Services Centre (ASXM).            
3. ASXM Operator checks information in the application. If all provided information meets the ASXM Operator requirements, then Agreement on the provision of certification services, notification of the activation of certificates, “Asan Imza” mobile electronic signature certificates are sent to the user’s “Asan Imza” self-service portal, located on the e-taxes.gov.az portal.
