If you couldn’t prolong “Asan Imza” certificate online within 30 days before its expiration, you must first send SMS to short number “8500” to your corresponding mobile operator for prolongation of the “Asan Imza” service for the next 3 years to activate the service, and then visit Asan Certification Services Centers (ASXM) under the State Tax Service and activate your certificates. ASXM is located in ASAN Service Centers and Tax Centers under the State Tax Service.
