The innovative Azerbaijani mobile ID &amp; e-signature technology, is the simplest and securest way to carry out transactions online anywhere and anytime just with a mobile phone and PIN codes. With \u201cAsan Imza\u201d you are able to prove your identity and digitally sign documents.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Identification credentials and digital signature are protected by high-technological level of security and competent PIN codes. Nonetheless, fraudsters often take advantage of users&#8217; inattention. It is extremely significant to follow simple security rules while operating with \u201cAsan Imza\u201d (Mobile ID).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><em>Golden rules for safe usage of \u201cAsan Imza\u201d are provided below:<\/em><\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Never give phone with SIM-card in it and the PIN codes to anyone since SIM-cards store the&nbsp; signature keys.&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>No one can use your \u201cAsan Imza\u201d without knowing the PINs. It is extremely important that you don\u2019t provide your \u201cAsan Imza\u201d SIM card and PINs and \u201cAsan Imza\u201d User ID to anybody else. In doing so, you will provide that person with access to all of your personal data, allowing to operate on your behalf.&nbsp; You are nevertheless liable for all actions taken with your mobile signature!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">After you have obtained \u201cAsan Imza\u201d SIM-card, it is advisable to change \u201cAsan Imza\u201d User ID and PIN codes.<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>You can change your PIN codes in the \u201cAsan Imza\u201d menu, placed in the phone settings. Never change PIN1 and PIN2 codes with the same numbers to make it easier to remember.&nbsp; You need to know your PUK code to change the codes. You can change your User ID \u201cAsan Imza\u201d self-service portal, located on the e-taxes.gov.az portal and AsanDoc Client.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Keep PIN and PUK codes separately from your phone.<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>It is crucial to exclude access to your PIN codes from unauthorized persons. Therefore, it is highly recommended to keep \u201cAsan Imza\u201d PIN and PUK codes away from the phone. Do not share with anybody your \u201cAsan Imza\u201d PIN and PUK codes, even if you lend your phone to your acquaintances! Memorize your PIN codes. If it is not possible, write down PIN codes in a secure place without any indication to \u201cAsan Imza\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Use the smartphone screen lock &nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>All smartphones have a screen lock function. The use of screen lock might be inconvenient, but yet it is necessary. The most common screen lock function is to unblock phone by entering a numeric password. The latest phones offer a pattern or fingerprint-based locking method. The safest options known as using passwords and fingerprints. Please avoid using simple numerical combinations such as 0000, 1111, 1234, 2580, and your date of birth (or your relatives&#8217; birthdays) as passwords.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Make sure that the phone screen displays the designation of the service you intend to use with \u201cAsan Imza\u201d, and verification code is the same with request code.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">In case if your mobile phone is lost or stolen, you must first get a duplicate of the \u201cAsan Imza\u201d SIM card by visiting the mobile operator to which you are related, and then renew your certificates at the Asan Certification Services Center.&nbsp;<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to immediately suspend the certificate(s) when your phone is lost, please contact with the&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>technical support (195) to Asan Certification Services Centre (ASXM) of State Tax Service under the Ministry&nbsp; of Economy of the Republic of Azerbaijan and request to suspend certificate(s). In case if you have found your phone, and wish to activate suspended \u201cAsan Imza\u201d certificate(s), you need to apply to ASXM.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Emerging technologies develop the functions of mobile devices comparable to those available in desktop computers and laptops.
