What to do if your mobile phone is lost / stolen?

  • If your mobile phone is lost or stolen, call Azercell, Bakcell, or Nar Mobile helpdesk at the first opportunity and ask for Asan İmza (Mobile ID) SIM-card deactivation. In case of Asan İmza (Mobile ID) SIM-card deactivation all certificates will be suspended.
  • If you want to suspend certificates without Asan İmza (Mobile ID) SIM-card deactivation, call the helpdesk of the Asan Certification Services Centre of the Ministry of Taxes (ASXM) (Helpdesk number: 195) and order Asan İmza (Mobile ID) certificates deactivation. In case you have suspended your certificates, you must apply for both a new Asan İmza SIM-card as well as new certificates.
  • To receive a new Asan İmza (Mobile ID) SIM-card, please visit Azercell, Bakcell, or Nar Mobile office. The new Asan İmza (Mobile ID) SIM-card will be given as a replacement card and it costs less than a new one. For more information, contact us by email.
  • If you have purchased a replacement Asan İmza (Mobile ID) SIM-card, you need to go to the office of the Asan Certification Services Centre of the Ministry of Taxes (ASXM) or ASAN office to reopen Asan İmza (Mobile ID) services and get new certificates. The replacement certificates will have the validity period of the original certificates.
  • It is not possible to authenticate or sign with suspended certificates.
